Delivery within 48 hours across all Jordan governorates.

• Delivery fee: 2 JOD in Amman, 3 JOD to other governorates — رسوم التوصيل: ديناران داخل عمّان، و٣ دنانير لباقي المحافظات
• Pay cash on delivery or by card — الدفع نقداً عند الاستلام أو بالبطاقة
• Orders are processed within 1 business day — تجهيز الطلب خلال يوم عمل واحد

Packaging — التغليف

Every kit ships with the canvas on a rigid wooden frame with corner mounting, packed flat in a protective box — never rolled or folded — together with numbered acrylic paints, brushes, and hanging pins.
تصلك اللوحة مشدودة على إطارها الخشبي المتين ومثبّتة من الزوايا داخل صندوق مقوّى يحميها — لا تُلف ولا تُطوى — مع الألوان المرقمة والفراشي ودبابيس التعليق.

We confirm every order via WhatsApp (+962 7 9747 9148) before shipping. Delivery is currently within Jordan only.
نؤكد كل طلب عبر واتساب قبل الشحن. التوصيل حالياً داخل الأردن فقط.

Returns — الاسترجاع

Kits are returnable within 2 days of delivery if unopened and unused — contact us and we arrange pickup.
يمكن إرجاع الأطقم خلال يومين من الاستلام إذا كانت غير مفتوحة وغير مستعملة — تواصل معنا وسنرتب الاستلام.

If your kit arrives damaged, incomplete, or wrong, we replace it or refund you free of charge. Just send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
إذا وصلك الطقم متضرراً أو ناقصاً أو خاطئاً نستبدله أو نعيد لك المبلغ مجاناً. أرسل لنا صورة خلال ٤٨ ساعة من الاستلام.
